All delivered together in a beautiful box right to their doorstep.
This will be done under a brand umbrella that resonates with our customer base. We see a future that is different from the current "family planning" aisles filled with blue and white boxes, plastered with photos of white babies on them. Our brand will reflect the modern millennial. Less First Response, more Glossier and Knix.

As our first full-time Senior UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring a consistent, delightful experience from our ecommerce site & web application, to our packaging and unboxing experience.
You will be responsible for redefining the fertility education and care experience, and own the design of our eCommerce experience, emails, guides that help people understand more about their fertility health, and other exciting projects that come up.
Design our e-commerce website and marketing pages
Design our Health Assessment, Patient + Doctor Portal, and other web app features
Design templates for our emails
Define the UX of each different touchpoint with our brand
Solve UX problems, with conversion and customer empathy top of mind
Perform concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Build wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Work with our development team to implement designs to specs
Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends
5+ years' experience of working as a Designer
Significant experience with design software like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe products
Experience talking to customers and conducting research
Excellent knowledge of interaction design and information architecture
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business-oriented approach
Strong communication skills
Copywriting skills would be a cherry on top
